Vermont: A guy kidnaps a four-year-old boy and sexually molests him ten times. When the bastard was caught do you know what the judge gave him???
A 22$ fine and probation!!!! That way the judge said he could go to rehab. Hello?? He’s not a drug addict or an alcoholic…. And the 22$ fine is just insulting to that boy and his family.
Apparently Vermont and Montana are still under the delusional opinion that sex offenders can be rehabilitated. Drug dealers get more time in jail.
The bastard deserves to rot in jail.

My FIL had a god idea for petaphiles (sp).......
Place said freak in a small shed,
Take his member and place it in a vise (clamp tightly in place), remove the handle and give him a dull axe Set Shed on fire and let him choose.
Then he serves his time in prison where he can think about what he has done and then maybe in 20 yrs he can be released int society where he can spend his remainng days sitting to piss.
For priests just skip right to the chair.
I was going to say that as long as they castrated him first (no sedatives, of course) that punishment might, *might* be acceptable.

Blither: This wa on Oprah the other day...i'm not a big fan of hers but the subject and her trying to show there needs to be reform caught my attention.
She also had on there that this is the same judge that let a man that kidnapped a 6 year old and rapped her over a period of years got off with 60 days in jail and probation!!!
That and that each state needs to have the same laws in regards to the sex offender register...it should be a federal law in all states to keep them from moving around....alot of states its just a Misdemeanor which results in a 'slap of the wrist' instead of jail.....
Did Oprah agree that the guy could be reformed or did she think the system needs to be reformed?

This is one of thse things that is jsut utterly OUTRAGIOUS that our court system can allow such things to happen.
Ive bee nt ocourt for traffic violations and was treated like a MASS MURDERER yet these scumbags get slapped on the wrist.... .fortunatley most prisons have ther own code of ethics....and animals ( not people) who hurt kids get theres in the end( PUN INTENDED).

All rapists and molesters should be treated and punished the same as murderers. There is no cure ... rehab does nothing!! Even chemical castration doesn't work!!!
I vote for actual castration and life in prison as the 'girlfriend' of some big evil inmate!
