Some Snow With Your Valentine?
Today was not only the worst snowstorm we’ve had in a couple years, but it was also doctor day. I had my oh so lovely yearly. And the boys had to get checked out in preparation for their infusion on Thursday. Turns out they have a viral infection… As long as we can keep their fevers under control they will still do their treatments.
As for this snow storm we’re a having’ it’s so bad. We’ve gotten oh… about 7inches and are expected to get 10-17 MORE!! I’m literally snowed in.
Tomorrow is Valentines Day. What’s that mean for me? Nothing really. Preparing for the boys treatment and that’s about it. However if you want…if you really really want…. You can send me a little Valentine of my very own…

My Plans: We're getting the icy-rain treatment here, which means I have to get up a half hour early to bust the ice off my car windows and slide to work. Whoopee.
After work, I think it will be time to get drunk.
I have no plans with hubby. I bought Valentine's cards and candies for the girls. We will probably make heart shaped sugar cookies & have a tea party. Wanna come?
We're supposed to be having a huge storm tonight.
We should compare whose is bigger.

I was thinking of just getting my girlfriend a Christmas card to show her how much I care about Valentine's Day. But I know that means no sex for me so I have to think bigger, 2 Christmas cards.

we don't do valentine's around these parts. if it takes one day out of the year for him to profess his undying love for me? well, forget that.
we got snow, then ice, then snow/ice mixed together. it's quite lovely.
i hope the boys stay healthy...sorry to hear they're a little sick right now.

well, being the fact that the hubby-to-be and i both work in the service industry, we'll both be working. tis the price we pay... or earn for that matter. at out store valentines day is the 2nd busiest day of the year next to mothers day. we work so the rest of the world can celebrate this hallmark holiday.
it is fun to give little gifts to those you love but it shouldn't take a holiday to do that. we all just should from time to time "just because"
good luck with the boys. i hope they feel better. also stay warm and safe (another reason i DON'T miss ohio) despite the blizzard.

Hmmm...I'm going down to our house for the first time in a week, riding with L. so that he can pick up the company car after the tire blew out on the road the other day, and then having dinner at my parents....a dinner that I don't have to make. :-) I'll call ya soon so we can plan a girl's night...maybe next monday?
