Hey all of my Texas friends out there......
I became aware last night as I was shipping an Amazon order to Texas that there is a city called Flower Mound. For some reason I found this very funny!!! Have any of you been there???

I have heard of it but never been. think it's by Houston...not sure.

It is northwest of Dallas. I don't go that north. I like to stay in central to south Texas where it is warm.
But on funny town names - When I was 8 years old I moved to Dilley. I still get Billie from Dilley even as an adult. I don't think my mom was thinking about the effects it would have on me when we moved there.
Ian - Never trust a person named after something edible or live in a town named after an animal. Advice to live by.

I’ve been to flower mound. I actually gassed up there one time, the only reason I remember is because it was a huge gas station which seemed to be bigger than the town itself.
