In the frenzy of the last month I forgot to introduce you all to my baby. This is Lusha. Chad bought her for me about four years ago. However shortly after I got her we had to move and the place we moved to didn’t allow pets, so my wonderful adoring sister took her in for me.
She gave her a home over these last years and I am thankful for that. Around Christmas Lusha came home. I told her I would come back for her as soon as we got a place of our own. Took a little longer than expected, but here she is.
She’s already spoiled rotten. As soon as the boys go down for naps or to bed out she comes for her cuddle time. She’s been a great distraction though all that’s been going on.
Last night as you can see she cuddled herself into my hair…she’s never done this so some people around here deemed it a photo opportunity. [Please disregard my dishevel and no make up look…long day with the rotten ones!!].
So anyway every one say… “Hi Lusha!!”

Aww. What a pretty kitty!! She looks quite comfy, how is she settling in not being around your Sis and BIL? Whose your BIL gonna blame when he gets cat hair on his hockey jersey? haha!! [rocketfuel!]

Oh yeah, how are the boys doing with their asthma/allergies around the cat?
Kimmy...You're too kind really. The boys are not allergic to animals they're skin test only showed dust and mold. Now ask me how they're doing on not chasing her, pulling her tail, and carrying her around by her neck and you'd get a different answer!!
Cats always try to maim me for some reason. So I'll say hello from a distance...
I should get a cat. I kind of miss having a pet since the dog left....

She is beautiful...reminds me of my kitty Madison that was a part of our family for 19 years.

I don't really like cats, but she is pretty. I'll join SJ and also say hello from a distance.
Most who don't like cats like her, why you ask? Cause she's more like a dog. She plays catch and welcomes you home and cuddles with you gives you kisses....We are conviced that she is a dog trapped in a cats body. Poor thing....
I know what you mean. Mine is kind of a catdog too. Follows me around and does all the dog bits.

Thanks for the password. I read your story and wanted to say that I am glad you decided to deal with it in this way.
I think its important to get things out in the open like that, You are obviously a VERY strong women and an amazing mom ! Writing about "it" can begin healing and I think you are on the right path.
Someday I hope to write about some things, Just some painful stuff rolling around in the gray areas of my mind.....I think they need out.
