Well Folks....

I'm scared shitless.... But we're doing it. We negotiated over two days and finally accepted the sellers last offer. A little more than we wanted to spend, by like 38 dollars a month....But you hate to walk away from something so good that we both liked over 38.00$. I think I'm still to stressed to get excited or too take it all in just yet.... We went to a whole other town, and here it is.............

Very nice! Things should be less stressful this time since you have already gone through the process before.

Nice house. I can't see myself ever really owning a house. Only because in weird way it means I'm selling out to corporate america by doing "the thing". Owning a house and a white picket fence and 2.5 children. Going to work everyday in a suit at 9 in the morning and coming home at 5 to a dinner at the table with no TV and just talking to your family:

How was your day today?
I don't how was your day today?

Every single night we would have that conversation! AAAAHHHHH!!!!

I couldn't do it. The conversation can happen anywhere but the house just permanently puts you there. If I could, which I'd probably will someday. I'll just drive around the country doing something new everyday. Something like the latest adventures of Sick Bastard.

Way off subject there. I could never see myself the way I look now 5 years ago so I'm pretty sure I'll own my own home too.

I'd bet that, looking at those pictures now, as opposed to when you were only "bidders" and not "owners", you have a completely different feeling now ... one of satisfaction and pride in knowing that something you wanted and chased after is now yours.

I wish you many happy years and good memories.

Thanks everyone!!

Kimmyk: Yes...this time all the utilities were on so we saw everything....the only thing my personal inspector [my dad] could say was..."needs painting on the inside"....oh yeah and "that's a hell of a garage"...I think he wants the garage for himself!! YOu can come up anytime!! We will now have a guest room!!

Anthony: Thanks buddy!! It sure does...the last thing I "chased" after I caught hook line and sinker....Chad!! Thanks for the support today too!!!

OH my GOODNESS that is one SWEET house!!

I mean, I can see the boys running around looking for bugs and other yucky things on a warm spring after noon...family gatherings in the backyard...day to day hanging out with the family...I want one too!!

I LOVE it!!
